Adam Jablonski and his wife Andrea have three children. Katie currently attends Stonehill College, Kevin attends St. John Fisher College, and their youngest, Karen, is a Junior at Fairport High School. A resident of Fairport, NY, Adam owns/operates Rochester Beer & Beverage Corporation - a local beer distributorship servicing Monroe County.

The duo first met while Jim was serving as President of Joining Hearts & Hands (another 501(c)3 organization). While working together in Kenya in February of 2006, the seeds of what has now become Building Futures, Inc were planted. They spend their time in Kenya living within the community they are helping. They utilize local vendors for all building supplies to help support local commerce. Their hands-on approach ensures that donations are not squandered

Steve Erickson is the latest addition to the team, and has happily taken over all financial responsiblities for the organization.
